Processing Time
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. We will email you if there is a delay with your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Domestic orders ship via Insured Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $20, with tracking. A signature may be required on delivery. International orders ship via DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
NYC Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in Brooklyn and Manhattan for a flat $40, and in Jersey City by request. We will text you to confirm your delivery time. For Jersey City delivery or more information, contact us at info@en1archive.com. Processing times above do not apply to same-day orders.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Most orders to major cities arrive within 1 to 3 business days after shipping. Remote areas may take longer. EN1ARCHIVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or events outside our control.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees charged on delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout and are set by your local customs authority. EN1ARCHIVE is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Every order ships with tracking and insurance. If your order arrives damaged, record a video of the package and item as you open it and email info@en1archive.com within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows your order as lost, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Expedited Delivery
