All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Please note that EN1ARCHIVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or events outside our control.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout and are determined by your local customs authority. EN1ARCHIVE is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the UPS website at ups.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
EN1ARCHIVE is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been transferred to UPS. If your order arrives damaged, please record the packaging and item immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@en1archive.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with UPS.
